Legacy Transition Partners
With over 25 years of experience in private equity, finance, and lower middle market M&A, I help business owners navigate their exit with clarity and confidence. I bring a unique blend of financial expertise, investment insight, and hands-on transaction experience to every deal. Throughout my career, I have lent to, invested in, and advised businesses across a wide range of industries nationwide, working with firms like E&Y, Heller Financial, GE Capital, Calvert Street Capital Partners, Gen Cap America, Physicians Capital, and Harbert Mezzanine Partners.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, along with a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designation—giving me a deep understanding of both the financial and strategic complexities of selling a business.
I take a servant leadership approach, acting as a trusted guide to business owners who have dedicated their lives to building something meaningful. My proven, strategic process removes the burdens and uncertainty of the sales journey—allowing owners to maximize value, transition smoothly, and confidently step into their next chapter.
Originally from Cleveland, OH, I have lived in Chicago and Baltimore before settling in Franklin, TN, in 2009. I enjoy traveling, playing golf, and walking my dog, Reagan. I am also actively involved in the Nashville Cursillo Movement and St. Henry Men’s Club.
